Licensed for: Working and Herding Groups, and on permit for half the Sporting Group.

Judging since: 1987 (sanction matches and sweepstakes, both all-breed and specialties), applied for initial conformation permit in 2007

Bio: I have owned Samoyeds since 1976, starting showing in conformation and obedience in 1979, and bred my first litter in 1982. I have bred 67 Champion Samoyeds since that time, including dogs that have won Best in Show, Best Puppy in Show, and many Group placements. I have also earned numerous CD titles, and one CDX, with my Sams, and have worked with them in herding, sledding and in weight pull, in the past.
I am a life member of the Samoyed Association of Canada, and have been a member of the Samoyed Club of America since 1985. I was a founding member of the Samoyed Fanciers of Vancouver Island, and the Western Canada Samoyed Club. I am a life member of the CKC, having been a member since 1980. In 2013, I was awarded Master Breeder status by the CKC.
In the past, I also owned and showed Pembroke Welsh Corgis, and bred one litter, from which we finished one Champion. I have in the past also handled a number of other breeds in conformation, including the Bearded Collie, Siberian Husky, Rough Collie, Belgian Shepherd, and Norwegian Elkhound.
